What is Coravin’s Subscription program & how does it work?

A great way to ensure that you never run out of Coravin Capsules, and SAVE 10% on every order! Please note that subscriptions cannot be combined with any additional promotional offers.

Coravin’s Subscription service is a is a convenient program that allows you to receive orders of Coravin Capsules on a customised shipping schedule. To begin receiving automatic deliveries of Coravin Capsules, simply select the pack size and quantity of capsules, and frequency that you would like to receive them. The Subscription program will commence upon placement of your first order. After placing an order for Subscription, you do not need to order the item again. You will be charged for your first shipment after the payment has been processed. Subsequent shipments will be charged and automatically sent on the shipping schedule that you have customised. Delivery and charging will be repeated until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Will I be notified about a Subscription order before it is sent to me?

Coravin will notify you via email 2 days prior to your fulfillment order being placed. Please add info@coravin.com to your address book or safe list to ensure your order notifications are delivered.

How do I manage my Subscription plan?

You can cancel your Subscription plan online by visiting the My Account section of the site. To make changes such as skipping a delivery, adjusting the quantity or changing the frequency of delivery, please contact Customer Service at on 020 3608 9115 or csr_eu@coravin.com.

Can I modify my shipping schedule?

Yes, you can change your shipping frequency, or accelerate or delay a shipment on most Auto-Delivery orders up to 2 days prior to the order being placed. Contact Customer Service at on 020 3608 9115 or csr_eu@coravin.com.

Can I cancel my Subscription plan?

Yes! You can cancel your plan any time online or by contacting Customer Service on 020 3608 9115 or csr_eu@coravin.com. You will neither receive nor be charged for any future shipments unless your shipment is too far along in the shipping process or has already shipped. Shipments can be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the scheduled shipping period.

Billing & Payments

How am I charged for Subscription orders?

Payment for all Auto-Delivery orders will be charged to your original credit card. The total cost charged to your method of payment for each order will be the price of the item(s) on the day the order is processed delivery fees. The delivery fee will be determined by the shipping method selected on you first order.

How do I manage or change my credit card?

You can delete your saved credit card information in the My Account section of the Coravin website. You can save a new credit card number during the checkout process.
