Orders and delivery
Our shipping policy
Orders placed by 12 pm GMT on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Dutch bank holidays) are usually processed and dispatched that day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has left our warehouse. Coravin makes every reasonable effort to process your order in accordance with the estimated shipping date, however we will not be held responsible for any delays in processing your order. We ensure shipments are in compliance with all guidelines and regulations and shipped by the carrier designated by Coravin.
Making changes to an order
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This includes changing the shipping or billing addresses, payment information and adding or removing items from your order. Be sure to review all order details, including shipping options at the time of checkout before submitting your order.
Please note that we only ship to the United Kingdom from this website. For shipments to the US please see our US website, this can be located from the country dropdown on the homepage in the header on www.coravin.com.
Coravin also operates websites in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Ireland, these too can be selected from the dropdown menu on the homepage should you wish to ship to these countries.
For any other countries within Europe please contact Coravin customer support on CSR_EU@coravin.com or 0203 6089 115 and we will be able to inform you of the retail and online opportunities in that market.
Please note, additional international shipping and customs brokerage fees will be applied. International Shipping charges are calculated based on the carrier, the total weight, the destination postal code, the method of shipping selected, and customs brokerage fees. In addition to the calculated shipping charges, customers shipping internationally will also be assessed fees at the border for additional Customs Duty and sales tax that must be paid by the customer prior to receipt of goods purchased.
