The Coravin Professional range, designed for the wine industry and on-premise use, includes Timeless Three Pro and Pivot Pro. These systems feature 30% larger argon gas capsules than consumer models, maximizing efficiency and reducing costs.
Coravin® Timeless™ Three Pro
The Coravin® Timeless™ features a needle that gently passes through cork to extract wine, replacing wine with argon gas and preventing oxygen making contact with the wine. Once the Needle is removed, the cork reseals itself, keeping the remaining wine as fresh as the day it was bottled for months or even years.
Coravin Pivot® Pro
Coravin Pivot® replaces wine with 100% pure Argon gas to prevent oxygen from entering the bottle, preserving remaining wine for up to four weeks. This simple-to-use, fast flow wine by-the-glass system pours a full glass of wine in 5-8 seconds. Coravin Pivot works across all closure formats, including synthetic corks, as the cork / screw cap is removed and replaced with the Pivot stopper, which then provides an airtight seal.
Coravin Sparkling®
Coravin Sparkling® perfectly preserves the fizz and freshness of any champagne or sparkling wine for up to four weeks. By placing a Coravin Sparkling Stopper on an open bottle and using the Coravin Sparkling Charger to charge the bottle with pure CO2 gas, the easy-to-use, fully portable system ensures the last glass from the bottle will taste just as good as the first.
